Social Security and National Insurance Trust in Ghana Updates Biometric Enrollment System

The Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) in Ghana has decided to implement a biometric enrollment system for all of its members who are eligible in accessing benefits. The chosen solution also needed to speed up the identity verification process through information kiosks without having to be physically present in the SSNIT’s offices.

Innovatrics delivered the biometric software that is being used in more than 350 enrollment and verification stations, as well as verification-only information kiosks. WebAFIS helped to find duplicates and identify fraudsters. SSNIT was highly impressed by the flexibility and cooperation of Innovatrics  in delivering the desired solution in such a short time.
