Liberia’s Biometric Passports Now Meet International Civil Aviation Organization Standards

Innovatrics helped Liberia to conceive and issue 400 000 biometric passports to enable the country to meet the International Civil Aviation Organization’s (ICAO) deadline for member states. Failure to meet the deadline would lead to denial of Liberia into ICAO. By implementing the program, Liberia acknowledged the importance of international identity programs and the role that technology plays in enabling them.
