Home Press releases Daltrey and Innovatrics one step closer to eliminating passwords
Leading global biometrics provider Innovatrics today announced it has deployed Daltrey’s identity solution in its offices around the globe, allowing them to use native biometrics for workplace authentication and eliminate passwords when accessing applications and data. Daltrey’s biometric credential and passive liveness detection technology is powered by Innovatrics’ algorithms.
“We are excited to take a lead in implementing Daltrey’s identity defined approach to organisational security, using biometrics with liveness detection to guarantee the right team members are accessing the right applications securely and conveniently, regardless of where they are located,” says Daniel Ferak, head of product management at Innovatrics. “ We have developed some of the world’s most accurate biometric algorithms to verify identity and liveness, which are now used in security-sensitive industries such as finance.”
Offering biometrics-as-a-service, Daltrey’s solution has been integrated with access management and single sign-on platform, Okta.
“We’re proud to be working with a world-leader in biometric security to get closer to our vision of eliminating passwords, access cards and PIN codes from organisational security altogether,” says Blair Crawford, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Daltrey. “The notion of ‘deperimiterisation’ has never been more pertinent for global organisations. Using verified identity establishment, secure biometric authentication and liveness detection, our identity solution defies traditional notions of the corporate perimeter and enables employees to securely access applications from any location and any device.”
