Innovatrics Ranked Among Top Providers of Algorithms for Identification of Latent Fingerprints
Only a handful of global companies have entered the demanding field of identifying latent fingerprints. Innovatrics has also ...
Read moreMachine learning is a huge part of our own research when improving our existing biometric algorithms or devising entirely new ones in the past decade. We also see the potential it has far beyond the field of biometrics. We have therefore welcomed the opportunity to support Eastern European Machine Learning Summer School, taking place in Kosice, Slovakia in the second week of July.
DeepMind is a part of Google family, a research arm that focuses on the many facets of artificial intelligence. The lecturers from DeepMind and other outfits will be explaining numerous AI approaches, from computer vision to deep learning to diffusion algorithms.
Innovatrics will have its presence as well. Igor Janos, our image data synthesis lead, will be showing how we harness the power of generative AI to improve fingerprint matching algorithms in cases where real-world data is scarce or hard to obtain.
This year’s Eastern European Machine Learning Summer School is the fifth installment in an ongoing series and will welcome, alongside DeepMind researchers, lecturers from Google AI, MIT, University of Cambridge and others, as well as people from Eset, Lyft and nVidia.
