Innovatrics introduces Digital Identity Service API, a new component of Digital Onboarding Toolkit (DOT), which makes it easier for system integrators to develop advanced identity verification and management applications.
With DIS API, there’s no need for integrators to develop complex logic from scratch. They can save weeks of effort and significantly shorten the time to market.
Our new API embeds identity management logic into a single server component. It gives flexibility to integrators in configuring decision thresholds based on their specific use case. All customer data gathered during an onboarding session is now stored under a single entity, “Customer”, with the API returning an onboarding result without the need for integrators to develop their own logic.
Digital Identity Service API enables two main features, namely customer onboarding and face biometrics.
Customer onboarding is the most common use case. The customer provides their selfie and photos of their identity document. The provided data is then checked for integrity. Based on the result, an onboarding score is returned.
On the other hand, the biometric processing of face images allows our partners to support specific use cases requiring face biometrics.
