Innovatrics Closes Masterclass Season on a High Note in Brazil

As soon as anti-COVID precautions were lifted, we started planning a new round of our Innovatrics Masterclasses. More than just sharing the latest features of our solutions with our long-term partners and customers, it is the fun and convivial atmosphere that just can’t be matched with the ubiquitous Zoom call that we were most looking forward to. 

Our Masterclasses provide expert insights free of charge as part of our support package. Overall, we have hosted 55 people from 18 companies. Keeping it local, we conduct our events mostly in the native language. “It’s so refreshing to meet a crowd of our partners face-to-face and eager to push their limits with our solutions,” says Alejandro Aleman, Solutions Manager at Innovatrics.

Our latest Masterclass took place in Sao Paulo in Brazil, where we also opened our newest Innovatrics branch at the beginning of this year. After a thorough review of the newest advances in our solutions, we dedicated the next four days to deployment and integration questions. The first two days were about ABIS, with a day dedicated to DOT and SmartFace after that to cover all the ground presented by our experienced staff to their implementation experts. All of our products came with interactive demonstrations, sample use cases, and an in-depth look at the best practices.

These intensive workshops were fully focused on learning features that can help our customers stay competitive. They were, of course, followed by the opportunity to unwind and share the experience with world-class biometrics in less formal circumstances.

Our Masterclass season may be over this year, which includes stints in the US and Asia, but our team is already looking forward to the next one. Stay tuned for more updates for Innovatrics Masterclass Season 2023.
