Chile’s Health Service to Use Innovatrics AFIS

Innovatrics has been chosen to provide the technology for a multimodal biometric identification system to the Ministry of Health of Chile (Ministerio de Salud de Chile).

A “world-class technology” was sought which would allow multimodal biometric validations to be carried out in order to facilitate the provision of timely, welcoming, equitable, integral and quality health care to over 15 million health service users in Chile.

Innovatrics was chosen to supply the AFIS solution based on its superior technology and ability to offer local support. Work on the project began in early May 2017.
