Secure National ID Card System Through the Implementation of Biometrics

The national ID cards were developed and deployed in 2009, which should run for a minimum of 5 years. The identity document system prevents & minimizes the occurrence of duplicates while providing secure identification to all the citizens of the country. Following the launch of the new solution, it has been successful in detecting and preventing identity theft and fraud.
